Additionally, the staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with a fireplace on the upper floors provide a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a ski trip. And last but not least, the breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.

The only thing that could be improved is the size of the kitchen, which was a bit small and cramped. However, all in all, this hotel is fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pamporovo. the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the ski school and the Malina lift, making it extremely convenient for skiing. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a fireplace and a kitchen. It was great to be able to relax in front of a cozy fire after a long day on the slopes. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were more than adequate, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout my stay.

The apartment was cozy and kept us warm during our entire stay. It was also conveniently located near the ski lifts, making it easy for us to go skiing. Another advantage was the availability of a mini market where we could buy our daily necessities.

We had to make a bank transfer of 50% of our payment in advance, which was highly inconvenient. there was no reception area where we could get an invoice for our stay, and only cash payments were accepted.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and were disappointed by the lack of any festive atmosphere or decorations. the kitchen utensils were basic and not sufficient for cooking.

This hotel is in a prime location for skiers, very close to the slopes and ski lift. the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, with good WiFi and friendly staff. Some rooms even have a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings. the supermarket attached to the building is handy for self-catering needs.

The hotel claims to be wheelchair accessible, yet it is not. This can be very misleading for disabled guests.
